Crispy Fried Chicken
Ingredients
1kg all purpose flour
1kg Chicken Pieces
30g Knorr Spicy Marinade
30g Knorr Crispy Coating Mix
1L ice water
Oil for frying
Preparation Method
1. Marinate chicken pieces in Knorr Spicy Marinade for 12-24 hours.
2. Mix 30g of Knorr Crispy Coating Mix in 1kg all-purpose flour. Sieve the flour mixture twice.
3. Prepare 1L of ice wager. coat marinated chicken in dry flour mix and then dip into ice water for 10 seconds.
4. Coat the chicken again in the dry flour mix.
5. Heat oil in the fryer to 170C. Deep fry chicken until golden brown
