- Wash with soap and a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher
- Push knob down when storing in the fridge to keep odors from getting out or coming in
- Keep knob raised while heating in the microwave to allow for steam release
- Push knob down to retain food heat

- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to ensure scratch-free surface.
