If the product has been used contrary to/ beyond the intended purpose or specifications or limitations specified by the manufacturer. If any accessories not recommended by the manufacturer have been used/attempted to have been used on the product. Good once sold will not be refunded or returned. Submit the warranty card for any warranty claims
